Showing kindness can have a profound impact not only on the recipient, but also on your own physical and mental health. Studies show that practicing acts of kindness can help to reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety, lower blood pressure, and promote increased happiness and emotional well-being.

How the challenge works

  • Registration opens June 1. You’ll use your Sprout at Work account to register and participate.
  • The 14-day personal challenge runs from June 8-21.
  • Complete and track 1 act of kindness each day of the challenge.
